高醫運醫 × UNLV｜六週海外學習與交流
高醫運動醫學系學生於 UNLV MSAT Program 展開為期六週的學習與交流。除了參與課程與專業學習，也透過不同形式的交流活動，深入認識美國的運動醫學與運動防護體系。
9/24 晚間 6:00（當地時間），我們舉辦了一場台美交流專題演講，從台灣學生的角度出發，分享台灣與美國在生活、飲食、全民健保、運動產業，以及運動防護員等面向的差異與特色。
從日常生活到專業領域，希望透過這次分享，讓美國朋友更認識台灣，也讓我們有機會從不同文化與專業的角度，重新看見自己熟悉的制度與生活。
特別感謝在拉斯維加斯的台灣朋友們熱情贊助各式各樣的台灣美食與零食，讓我們能將熟悉的家鄉味帶到 UNLV，與美國朋友一起分享！

From Taiwan to UNLV, sharing our stories and learning from each other.
KMU Sports Medicine × UNLV｜Six Weeks of Learning and Cultural Exchange
Students from the Department of Sports Medicine at Kaohsiung Medical University are spending six weeks at the UNLV MSAT Program for learning and cultural exchange. In addition to attending classes and gaining professional experience, we have also had the opportunity to learn more about sports medicine and athletic training in the United States through various exchange activities.
On September 24 at 6:00 PM local time, we held a special presentation focusing on the differences and similarities between Taiwan and the United States. From the perspective of Taiwanese students, we shared our experiences and perspectives on daily life, food, Taiwan’s National Health Insurance, the sports industry, and athletic training in both countries.
Through this presentation, we hoped to introduce Taiwan to our American friends while also gaining new perspectives on familiar systems and everyday life through cross-cultural and professional exchange.
A special thank you to the Taiwanese friends in Las Vegas who generously provided a variety of Taiwanese food and snacks. Thanks to you, we were able to bring a taste of home to UNLV and share it with our American friends!
We would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Lee for the support and encouragement throughout our time abroad. Your guidance has helped us make the most of this valuable learning experience.
Finally, a special thank you to Dr. Samuel for taking the time to pick up authentic Taiwanese food from Taiwan Deli and share it with everyone. It brought an extra taste of home to our Taiwan–U.S. exchange.
